MIL-A-23282B(Wep)
3.4.3 Shock; transportation.
3.4.3.1  Level A (multiple pack).  The actuator, packaged
and packed in accordance with Section 5, Level A, shall be
subjected to the shock tests specified in 4.4.3.1.  There-
after, the pack shall be visually examined for structural
integrity to assure safe delivery of the actuator.
3.4.3.2  Level C.  The actuator, packaged and packed in
accordance with Section 5, Level C, shall be subjected to
the shock tests specified in 4.4.3.2.  Thereafter, the
actuator shall show no evidence of damage and shall meet
all the performance requirements of 3.3.
3.4.4 Temperature and humidity
3.4.4.1  High temperature and humidity.  The actuator,
less pack and packaging, shall be capable of withstanding a
temperature of plus 130 degrees F plus or minus 5 degrees F,
90 to 95 percent relative humidity, for a period of 48 hours
in accordance with the test procedures specified in 4.4.4.1,
and thereafter shall show no corrosion or damage and shall
meet the performance requirements and product characteristics
of this specification.
3.4.4.2  Low temperature.  The actuator, less pack and
packaging,  shall be capable of withstanding a temperature of
minus 20 degrees plus or minus 5 degrees F for a period of
four hours in accordance with the test procedures specified
in 4.4.4.2, and thereafter shall show no corrosion or damage
and shall meet the performance requirements and product
characteristics of this specification.
3.4,5 Operating life,  The operating life of the actuator
shall consist of a minimum of 50 duty cycles, as defined in
3.3.10.  Any actuator under test must be cooled between duty
cycles, as specified in 3.3.10.4.
3.4.5.1 At no time during the operating life tests shall
the actuator torque exceed the limits specified in 3.3.8.1
or the oscillations exceed the limits of 3.3.9.2.
3.4.6 Storage life.  When preserved and packaged as speci-
fied, the actuator shall meet all the performance require-
ments and product characteristics of this specification after
being stored for a period of five years under temperature and
humidity conditions as follows:
