d.  Low Order Detonation for the Body Assembly Dwg 9292680
is defined as detonation of an armed S&A where only two main
charge leads detonate properly.
e.  Hazardous Dud is any armed mine or body assy which
detonates after the programmed SD time has elapsed by any of
the following:
1.
Actuation by prime fuze.
2.
Being disturbed.
Power source run-down.
3.
f.  A Non-Hazardous Dud is defined as a mine/body assy which
will not detonate by conditions 1, 2, or 3 listed under
Hazardous Dud.
Tripline failures are any of the following:
g.
1.  Less than 28 meters of total effective length of
deployed TL.
2.  Failure of two (2) breakwires to function mine.
4.5.6.5  Disposition of Duds.  Procedural plans or methods for
disposing of duds by either safely dismantling and failure analysis,
or by safely destroying shall be furnished to ARDC for approval see
6.4.  Caution:  When depleted, battery cells become unstable and
generate high internal pressures.
4.5.6.6  Recording of performance data,  The following
performance data shall be recorded with serial numbers:
a.  Orientation of body assemblies.
b.  Time to arm (launch to actuation of micropiston
actuator).
c.  The time for Triplines to deploy after launch.
d.  The number of broken triplines per mine.
e.  The number of main charge leads that functioned.
f.  The number of triplines deployed per mine.
g.  The pull force at which each tripline broke and/assembly
functioned in TL Mode.
h.  The number and type of tries before detonation.
i.  The order of detonation.
j.  Time from launch to normal SD function.
k.  Time from launch to extended SD function.
l.  The number of duds.
m.  For TL and AD modes (ambient only), length of deployed
triplines.
n.  The number of hazardous dud (see 4.5.6.4).
o.  After failure analysis record cause of malfunctions.
