MILITARY SPECIFICATION
CONTROLLER, STEERING
This specification has been approved by the Naval
Ordnance Systems Command, Department of the Navy
1. SCOPE
1.1 Scope. This specification establishes the requrements for the
procurement of a steering controller, LD 539991. The steering controller
is used to order directional changes in horizontal (azimuth) heading of
a torpedo.
2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
2.1 The following documents of the issue in effect on the date of in-
vitation for bids or request for proposal form a part of this specifica-
tion to the extent specified herein.
