4.3.2.1
First article test report. The contractor shall prepare
a first article test report in accordance with the data ordering document

Quality conformance inspection.

Lot. A lot shall consist of 200 cylinders or any lesser
number offered for delivery at one time.
4.4.2
Individual tests. Cylinder shall be subjected to the
following examination and tests in the order listed:
Volumetric expansion test (see 4.6. 1).
(a)
Leakage test (see 4.6.3.1).
(b)
Examination (see 4.6.2).
(c)
The empty weight may be taken during the volumetric expansion test

Rejection and retest. When an item selected from a production
run fails to meet the specification, no items still on hand from that lot
or later produced shall be accepted until the extent and cause of failure
