1/ This test may be conducted in process or on the assembled chair (end item).
2/ Three samples representative of each lot shall be selected for test.
4.4.5.1 Raw materials.  Sufficient amount from each lot of each material
used in the construction of the module shall be selected for chemical analysis.
4.4.6 Examination of preparation for delivery.  An examination shall be
made to determine whether the packaging, packing and marking complies with
section 5 requirements.  The sample unit shall be one shipping container and
the lot size shall be the number of containers in the inspection lot.  The
inspection level shall be S-2 and the acceptable quality level (AQL) shall be

4.5.1 Composition analysis.  Chemical analysis of metal materials used shall
be subjected to analysis in accordance with methods 111 or 112 Federal Test
Method-Standard No. 151.  In case of dispute, method 111 shall be used for
referee analysis.  Chemical analysis of materials other than metal shall be
determined by an applicable American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM)
Method.
4.5.2 Weight. The chair, stool, case and complete module shall be weighed
on a calibrated scale of suitable sensitivity and accuracy.
