REQUIREMENTS
3.1 General requ irements. Cannon and component parts shall be
in accordance with the applicable drawings (11579150), this
specification, MIL-C-13931, and all referenced documents. Any
conflicts are to be resolved by means of the order of precedence
(see 2.3).
3.2 First article. The contractor shall submit a first article
unless it is specifically waived in the contract (see 4.4 and
