between master cylinder and frame and
between frame member of the suspension or
axle.

protection of the trailer framing member.

All-hose type per TMC-ATA RP-305 or
RP-307 having hose with stainless steel wire
reinforcement and reuseable swivel fittings
permitting hose replacement from bulk hose
supply.
Plumbing routed within the protection of
framing members. Elastomer cushioned
clamps and grommets or thru-frame connectors
to secure and support hose.
Support lines at a max. of 36-in. span. Min.
3-in. of hose slack at relay valves ports and
identify each hoses's function adjacent to each
fitting with waterproof means (tags).

Tank - Air.
Air reservoirs per DOT and SAE J10.
Min. 2-ea. furnished, 1-ea. per axle with
isolating pressure protection valves and one-
way check valves and (when furnished) 1-ea.
Air suspension with isolating pressure
protection valve.
All reservoirs furnished with interior antirust
coating.
No component lower than bottom of the frame
rails.
Employing the last, pressurized, downstream
reservoir, provide plumbing and a trailer
mounted hostler air valve to allow personnel to
release the automatically-applied-air brakes
and maneuver the trailer, without prime mover
air hook-up, using only the trailer's air supply.
