Permanently connect gladhands and hose lines
to trailer chassis to prevent loss. Min. hose
length to reach 36 in. forward of tow eye
center, compatible with SAE J849.
Provide dummy gladhands to hold lines
doubled back on drawbar.
ID tages on drawbar connection.
Locate dummy gladhands to minimize
jack-knife damage to hose lines when truck
and trailer are maneuvered with the lines
stowed and the brakes released.
