4.5 Quality conformance inspection
4.5.1 Samples shall be selected using the plans and
procedures set forth in Standard MIL-STD-105, Inspection Level II.
Each Container in the sample shall be examined as required by
4.5.2.  An AQL of 2.5 per cent for MAJOR Defects and 6,5 per cent
for MINOR Defects shall be used. Each Container manufactured
shall be subjected to the leakage test of 4.5.3.
4.5.2 Examination - The supplier is responsible for
assuring that all requirements of applicable drawings are met.
4.5.3 Leakage test - With the outlet relief valve
removed and the hole plugged, the Container shall be pressurized
with air to 1.0 0.25 PSIG (equals 27.7 7.0 inches of water)
with measurements beginning at a pressure not less than 20.7
inches of water, the average leakage rate shall not exceed an
amount equivalent to a pressure drop of 13.5 inches of water in
30 minutes.  Correction shall be made as required for the effect
of change in temperature of the air in the Container. Care
should be taken not to pressurize the Container above 1.25 PSIG,
nor to apply pressure with the Container lid or other removable
covers partially secured. To locate leaks, brush all seams,
joints, rivets, and gasketed areas with a soap solution. Any
evidence of leakage beyond the above stated limits shall be
cause for rejection of the Container. Replace outlet relief
