10. SCOPE
10.1 This appendix covers hollow plywood cylinders for the buoyant
section,

30. REQUIREMENTS

30.2 Construction. - Construction requirements shall be as follows:
30.2.1 General. - All cylinders shall be first class material and
workmanship throughout.
30.2.2 Plywood cylinder heads. - Cylinder heads shall be 5-ply
pressure bonded poplar, gum or birch, or a combination thereof.
