a. Specific description of plans, schedules and objectives of each
flight.
b.  Specific description of equipment including block diagrams,
wiring diagrams, general arrangement, test equipment, as changed from previous
equipments.
c. Deviations from the general flight test program plan.
d. Description of reliability tests to be performed prior to launch-
ing.
e. Description of instrumentation required.
Post flight report.  A post flight report is required within 48
3.6.3
hours after completion of flight, except when additional delay is essential
to the presentation of data. The letter report shall be submitted after every
target flight and shall be a brief description of the flight tests and results
including:
a. Statement of the plans and objectives.
b. Visual observations.
c. Preliminary conclusions of test results including comparison of
recorded results with expected results.
3.6.4
Demonstration report.  A demonstration report shall be submitted.
The report shall summarize the results of the formal demonstration including:
a. Discussion of all items required ho be demonstrated by the
applicable demonstration addendum, including analysis and comparison of flight
results with expected results.
b.  Discussion of the ability of the target or missile to fly pre-
determined flight paths.
c. A comparison of Ehe required versus achieved performance and
serviceability.
d. A comparison of the required versus achieved reliability and
maintainability including rationale how system values were derived from the
data collected during the demonstration program.
e. The time, manpower and facilities required to prepare the sys-
em for flight determined fxom data collected during the demonstration.
f. A complete analysis of all failures and defects which occurred
in the demonstration, their causes, and their corrections.
g. Conclusions which affect system design and co&truction, and
proposed plans for incorporation of design changes or for modification of
the design approach.
