"Shipment of dispensers shall include repair parts,
maintenance tools, operational instructions, and accessories, unless
exceptions are provided elsewhere in the contract."
6.7.9 Central position. Shall be defined as the ability of the
launcher to dispenser mines directly behind the line of travel when
in the JOG Mode, and the launcher in center position. The impact
area (when unaffected by side wind) shall be within a four (4) meter
wide spread, i.e. two (2) meters to each side of the dispenser
center during straight line travel.
