30.4 Definition of Data Messages
Ranges for data which have defined or absolute limits are given as the
defined limits. Ranges for data which have no particular defined boundaries
are given as the limits set by the data word size. Data words for some
parameters include partial least significant bytes. Since the values of the
unused bits are not specified, the positive numerical limit will
fractionally increase if all bits in the byte are read.
