4.3.2.2 Elbow Assembly*
4.3.2.2.1 First article.- First article testing shall be conducted
in accordance with 4.3.2.1 and Tables I through VI and shall also meet
the MTBF requirement and test in 3.9 and 4.6.9 respectively.
4.3.2.2.2 100% Inspection.- The requirements and related tests in
Table II shall be subjected to 100% inspection.
TABLE II. 100% INSPECTION
4.3.2.2.3 Sampling.- Examinations and tests related to Section 3
herein shall be performed on a single defect (individual characteristic)
basis in accordance with MIL-STD-105 and Table III below. Examinations
and tests for packaging, packing and working shall be in accordance with
MIL-P-14232 and Section 5 herein. In addition to 100% inspection as
specified in Table II, the tabulated characteristics i Tables I and III
through VI shall constitute the minimum inspection to be perfomed by
the supplier after First Article approval and prior to Government accep-
tance or rejection by item or lot.
