3.7.2.2 Low temperature arming. The S&A device after being
conditioned at a temperature of -60 -5F, for 3 hours
minimum, shall arm between 0.92 and 1.19 seconds when subjected to
an arming acceleration of 27.0 0.5g.

3.7.3 S&A position. The safe position of the S&A shall be
verified just before insertion into the fuze body. After insertion
of the S&A, fuze handling shall be controlled to preclude any chance
of inadvertent arming or substitution of the S&A until assembly of
the booster housing.
3.7.4 Load test of detonator. The detonator shall not move
more than .005 inch when a push out force of 5 pounds is applied to
the detonator socket.
3.8 Fuze assembly.

3.8.1 Fuze arming.
The fuze
3.8.1.1 Ambient temperature fuze arming time.
assembly, after conditioning at a temperature of 70 l5F, for
2 hours minimum, shall arm between 0.88 and 1.25 seconds when
subjected to an arming acceleration of 40.0 0.5g.
3.8.1.2 Low temperature arming time.  The fuze assembly, after
being conditioned at a temperature of -60 -5F, for 8 hours
minimum, shall arm between 1.08 and 1.65 seconds when subjected to
an arming acceleration of 27.0 0.5g.
3.8.1.3 High temperature arming time.  The fuze assembly, after
being conditioned at a temperature of +155 5F, for 8 hours
minimum, shall arm between 0.88 and 1.25 seconds when subjected to
an arming acceleration of 40.0 0.5g.
(Fuze unarmed) - The
3.8.2 Charge circuit continuity.
continuity of the charge circuit, through its umbilical, shall be
220 ohms minimum and 3.3k ohms maximum.
The fuze assembly shall be charged
