Warm-Up Time - The time required for the equipment to

5 minutes under standard conditions and 10 minutes at extreme service conditions.

Fixture, Cable Maintenance MX-9516/ASQ-81(V) - The equipment

shall meet thu following requirements:
Function - The function of the equipment is to aid removal or

installation and inspection of the tow cable on the RL-305A/ASQ-81(V) Reeling
Machine without degrading the cable.
3.5.1.2 Maximum Form Factor - 13.5 inches wide by 10.5 inches high
by 31.5 Inches long, not Including case.
3.5.1.3 Weight - The weight of the test set shall not exceed 45 pounds,
not including case.
Finish - Hard Anodize per MIL-A-8625.

3.5.1.:
Contents - The equipment shall contain the following functional
circuits or assemb ies:
(1) TorqueMotor- The equipment shall contain a D.C. torque motor
and gear train which drives the cable drum with sufficient torque
to overcome the cable undertension switch of the Reeling Machine
RL-305A/ASQ-81(V) while reeling cable out/in at the slow speed
reeling rate and at stall.
(2) Displays - The equipment shall contain a POWER ON indicator light
located adjacent to the POWER ON/OFF switch and a time totalizing
meter.
