5.1. 1.1.5 Technical publications.
Technical publications shall be preserved
in accordance with MIL-P-116, method lC-3 or "Shrink Wrap" method.
5.1.1.1.6 Comparator.  The comparator and accessories shall be placed in the
carrying case provided and closed tightly.
Then, the carrying case shall be
preserved in accordance with MIL-P-116, method IA-14.  The carrying case shall
be considered as the inner container.
5.1.1.1.7 Consolidation.  Components that will not fit in the accessory box
shall be preserved in accordance with MIL-P-116 together in one or more close
fitting boxes conforming to PPP-B-636, W5C or W6C.
