If the barometric pressure changes during

4.5.2 Sampling plans and tests.
A lot shall consist of life preservers manufacturered under
4.5,2.1  Lot.
essentially the same conditions and submitted for inspection at substantially
the same time.  A lot shall not exceed 200 life preservers for sampling plans
A and B and shall be in accordance with inspection level S-3 of MIL-STD-105
for sampling plan C.
4.5.2,2 Sampling plan A.  One life preserver, selected at random from each
lot of 200 or fraction thereof, shall be subjected to the following tests as
described under 4.7:
