Missing,  incorrect,  incomplete,  illegible, of im-
Exterior and interior
markings
proper size, location, sequence, or method of
application;  markings not the same on the interior
and exterior containers.
Packaging and Packing
Any non-conforming component; any component missing,
materials
damaged, or otherwise defective.
Workmanship
Inadequate application of the components such as
incomplete closure of the unit package, container
flaps, loose strapping, etc.; bulging or distortion
of the containers; unit container contains metal
fastenings or stitches.
Number per container is more or less than required;
Exterior and interior
gross or net weight exceeds the requirements; warning
weight or content
tag not visible; any metal component not covered as
specified.
Folding
Folding not as specified in drawing 1521AS200; manner
of folding damages the life raft or any component;
oral inflation tubes folded, bent, distorted, or
creased.
