3.5.4 Output requirements.
3.6 Solderability.  External leads must be acid tin
electroplated or solder dipped per MIL-M-38510, paragraph 3.5.6.2(a)
or (b) and if acid tin electroplated, the minimum plating must be
150 microinches.  Parts must also be solderable per MIL-STD-883,
Method 2003.1.
3.7 Screening.  All devices shall be 100% screened in full
accordance with MIL-STD-883, Method 5004, Class B.  Burn-in circuit
shall be as shown in Figure 6 herein, or equivalent.
3.7.1 Pre-burnin electrical tests.  Pre-Burnin Electrical Tests
shall be done in accordance with Section D(1) of Dwg. 9333602.
