5.3.2 Level C.  The comoplete mixing plant shall be prepared for
unboxed (mobile) shipment in a manner to assure carrier acceptance and
safe delivery to destination at lowest rates. The toolbox lids shall
be closed and secured in a manner to prevent pilferage. When efficient
space is available, packaged and unpackaged  components required for each
unit or section shall be placed and secured on the unit or section for
which intended in any available space that will not interfere with
lifting or mobility of the units. Packaged and unpackaged components
that cannot be secured to the units or sections shall be packed in
crates complying with Uniform Freight Classification Rules or National
Motor Freight Classification Rules.  Crated components shall be shipped
at the same time as the unboxed (mobile) units.
5.4 Depreservation guide.
Depreservation guides shall be prepared,
placed is waterproof envelopes marked "Depreservation Guide," and
in accordance with MIL-STD-129.
6.1 Intended use.  The mixing plant is intended for use as a complete
central plant (except for burner fuel storage, hot oil heating, asphalt
melters, bulk bituminouns storage, and asphalt storage transfer pump
facilities) for producing continuous mix, high-type asphaltic concrete
