MIL-M-633O4A(AR)
3.3 Pretest of main charge explosive.  Each lot of Composition
34 Explosive used to load the case assembly to make the kill
mechanism Dwg. 9292638 shall be statically tested for qualification
prior to its use in production.  The HE explosive fill, when
initiated by normal production booster pellets, shall produce high
order of detonation as evidenced by high degree of fragmentation of
the Case Assembly Dwg. 929.2639 (See 4.5.2).
3.4 HE explosive exudation.  The completely assembled Kill
Mechanism with loading holes facing down shall not exude externally
when conditioned at a temperature of 160 + 5F for a period of
twenty-four (24) hours (See 4.5.3).
3.5 Verification of safe condition of body assembly.  Prior to
assembly of explosive leads and closure plug, positive verification
of safe condition of each body assembly shall be performed to assure
the following:
Both battery cells are not activated (See Table II).
a.
Firing Capacitor is shorted by shorting bar (See Table II).
b.
S&A slider assembly is in safe position (distance from end
c.
of S&A to slider assembly, max)  (See Dwg. 9292683).
Verification shall be performed as specified in 4.5.4.
3.6  Verification of body assembly circuit resistance.  Prior to
assembly of explosive leads, circuit resistance checks of each Body
assembly shall be performed to verify that all tripline, receiver
oil, pressure cartridge, S&A piston actuator and S&A detonator
circuits meet the resistance values listed in Table II.
3.7  Anti-disturbance (AD) mode functioning.  The mine shall
function high order, as evidenced by a high degree of fragmentation
of its case assembly, when subjected to the following conditions:
Initiated by a device simulating the spin and
a.
electromagnetic pulse feature of the M128 dispenser (See
4.4.5).
After the enable time has occurred, the mine shall be
b.
disturbed by tilting, rotating, jarring or any other
tampering possible (See 4.5.6).
The mine shall not arm or detonate prematurely (See 4.5.6.2).
