4.4
Quality conformance inspection.
4.4.1 Inspection lot formation. Inspection lots shall comply
with the lot formation provisions of MIL-A-48078. In addition,
inspection lots of mines shall contain:
Metal parts assemblies of one lot interfix number from
a.
one manufacturer.
Body Assemblies (DWG 9292680) from one lot interfix
b.
number from one manufacturer.
Explosive Composition B4 Type I
from one lot interfix
c.
number from one manufacturer.
d.
Booster Pellets (DWG 9292604) from one lot interfix
number from one manufacturer.
PA509 Explosive Leads (DWG 9292601) from one lot
e.
interfix number. from one manufacturer.
Maximum lot size shall be no more than one (1) month production .
30 calendar day period).
4.4.2 Examination.
See MIL-A-48078 and 4.4.2.1 to 4.4.2.9
herein.
a. Sampling plans. Unless otherwise specified in the
classification of Defects and Test Forms, sampling plans and
procedures far major and minor defects shall be in accordance with
