MILITARY SPECIFICATION
MICROCIRCUIT, DIGITAL, CMOS (LOGIC)
This specification is approved for use by the U.S. Army Armament Research
and Development Command, and is available for use by all Departments and
Agencies of the Department of Defense.
1.
SCOPE
1.1 This specification contains requirements and provides quality
assurance provisions for fabrication and packing of a complementary, metal
oxide, semiconductor (CMOS) integrated circuit used in the Mine, antitank:
BLU-91/B, and Mine, antipersonnel BLU-92/B.
2.
APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
2.1 Government documents. The following documents of the issue in effect
on date of invitation for bids or request for proposal, form a part of this
specification to the extent specified herein.
