2.2 Other publications.  The following document(s) form a
part of this specification to the extent specified herein. Unless
otherwise specified, the issues of the documents which are DOD
adopted shall be those listed in the issue of the DODISS specified
in the solicitation.  Unless otherwise specified, the issues of
documents not listed in the DODISS shall be the issue of the
nongovernment documents which is current on the date of the
solicitation.

2.3 Order of precedence.  In the event of a conflict between
the text of this specification and the references cited herein
(except for associated detail specifications, specification sheets
or MS standards), the text of this specification shall take
precedence.  Nothing in this specification, however, shall
supersede applicable laws and regulations unless a specific
exemption has been obtained.
3.
REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Material.  Materials shall be in accordance with
applicable drawings, specifications and standards.
3.2 Molded assembly.  The Molded Assembly shall comply with
all requirements specified on Dwg. 9366705 and 9366661-2, all
associated drawings, and with all requirements in applicable
specifications and standards including MIL-M-70780.
(Dwg. 9366668).
3.3 S&A Assembly.
3.3.1 Presence of a detonator only in S&A assembly.  The S&A
assembly shall have the detonator only present and properly
positioned and assembled.
3.3.2 Qualification test of electric detonator. The electric
detonator serial lot, in the molded assembly lot (see 4.4.1) shall
perform satisfactorily as evidenced by high order functioning.

3.4 Function of sensor assembly.
3.4.1 Sensor release.  The Sensor Assembly when subjected to
a pressure of 250 + 25 psig for 1 second maximum while at a
temperature of 75F 10F shall release the ejection spring,
sleeve, cap and bobbin with the thread remaining unbroken and
attached to the bobbin and post with the breakwire maintaining
continuity when tested as specified in 4.5.4.1.
