The power supply (less
battery) shall be packaged the same as specified for level A.
5.2.2.3.2 Distribution box. The distribution box shall be
packaged in accordance with Method III of MIL-P-116.

accordance with the applicable requirements of ASTM-D3951.
5.2.4 Repair parts. Repair parts shall be preserved, packaged,

other requirements, and for the level of protection specified in the
contract (see 6.2).
Packing.
5.3
Packing shall be level A, C or commercial.
5.3.1 Level A. The complete unit shall be packed in a full
sheathed crate conforming to MIL-C-104. The arrangement of contents,
cushioning, blocking and bracing, and anchoring shall be in accordance
with MIL-STD-1186.
5.3.2 Level C. The complete unit shall be packed in accordance
with the applicable requirements of MIL-P-14232.
5.3.3 Commercial. The complete unit shall be packed in
accordance with the applicable requirements of ASTM-D3951.
5.4 Marking.
5.4.1 Marking. In addition to any special markings specified
herein, interior packages and exterior containers shall be marked in
accordance with MIL-STD-129.
