Upon reassembly of the three interchanged periscopes, each periscope
shall be subjected to the tests specified in 4.6.6.2, 4.6.6.5,
4.6.6.6, 4.6.6.6.1, 4.6.6.8 and 4.6.6.9 to determine compliance with
3.2a.
4.6.7.2 Periscope with mount. -This test shall be performed
utilizing the maximum and minimum interchangeability gages conform-
ing to Drawings 11732156 and 11732155 respectively to determine
compliance with 3.2b.
PACKAGING
5.
5.1 Packaging Packing and Marking. -Packaging, packing and
marking shall be in accordance with packaging Data Sheet 11747440.
The level of protection shall be as specified in the procurement
document.
6.
NOTES
6.1 Intended use. -This periscope is utilized as a day or night
sighting and observation instrument. This capability is made
possible by the use of a passive sighting system and a conventional
