3.5.3 Diode circuits.
3.5.3.1 Forward voltage drop.  The forward voltage drop of the diode
circuits specified in table 11 shall not exceed 1.3 V dc at 500 50
milliamperes (mA) (see 4.8.4.4.1).
3.5.3.2 Reverse leakage current.  The reverse leakage current of the
diode circuits specified in table II shall not exceed 50 mA at 100 10 V dc
(see 4.8.4.4.2).
