3. REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Description.  The firing relay panel consists of a double-pole,
double-throw relay and a double-pole, single-throw control circuit relay.
The firing relay operates from 115 volts ac, 60 Hz input and the control'
circuit switching relay operates from 26 volts dc. These are the switching
relays necessary for a torpedo run. The firing relay is closed by the pulse
