MILITARY SPECIFICATION
RECEPTACLE, CANISTER, C02 ABSORBENT
This specification is approved for use by the Naval Sea Systems Command,
Department of the Navy, and is available for use by all Departments and
Agencies of the Department of Defense.
1.
SCOPE
1.1 This specification covers one type of receptacle having a fan mounted
integral with a housing to retain lithium hydroxide canisters used in submarines
for absorption of carbon dioxide (C02).
2.
