3. 3.8 Internal pressure.  Subsequent to sealing, each unit shall
be "dry" flushed* and an internal pressure of 3.5 + 0.5 psig shall be
established. The receiver-transmitter unit shall be flushed with nitrogen
in accordance with BB-N-411, Type I, Grade B, Class 1. All other units
may be flushed with l ir.
* Dry flushing and pressurizing performed at the unit Level may be
utilized to fulfill this requirement.
