All  malfunctions  and  unserviceable  parts  occurring  during
the  test  shall  be  recorded  and  properly  identified  regardless  of
Malfunctions  that  are

Malfunctions determined not to be chargeable to the rifle as a
result  of  failure  analysis  shall  be  verified  by  the  Government
r e p r e s e n t a t i v e  w i t n e s s i n g the test and shall not be counted (see
6.5).
