REQUIREMENTS

Qualification - The rescue hand tools furnished under this speci-

fication shall be products which are qualified for listing on the applicable qualified
products list at the time set for opening of bids. (See 4.3 and 6. 3).
First article - The rescue hand tools furnished under this specifi-

cation shall be a product which has been inspected and passed the first article inspec-
tion specified herein.
