MIL-R-85323(AS)
Repeat steps 1 through 3 two additional times.
4.
Remove all voltages from connector J1.
5.
i.
Check the safety pin circuit.
Measure the resistance between pin 8 and pin 4
1.
of connector J1.
The electrical safety pin
shall not be installed.  The resistance shall
be between 500 and 700 ohms.
2.
Measure the resistance between pin 8 and pin 4
of connector J1 with the electrical safety pin
installed.
The circuit shall indicate open.
Check the reset circuit.  The forward hooks of all
j.
the ejector units shall be closed.
1.
Apply the test voltage to pin 4 and pin 7 of
connector J1.
Apply a test voltage pulse to pin 8 of connec-
2.
tor J1 (the stepper switch will no longer be in
the "home" position).
Apply the test voltage to pin 11 of connector
3.
J1. Remove the voltage from pin 11 and the
stepper switch shall home.
Apply the test voltage to pin 8 of connector
4.
J1.  Voltage shall exist between the center
contact and ground of the J7 connector (Type I
bomb rack) or the J13 connector (Type II bomb
rack).
Remove all voltages from connector J1.
5.
k.
Check the electromechanical arming circuits.
Apply the test voltage to pin 2 (positive) and
1.
pin 7 of connector J1.  Verify that all the
forward electromechanical arming devices of
each ejector unit have been energized (actua-
tion of the device's locking system).
Remove the test voltage from pin 2 and pin 7 of
2.
connector J1.
