Quality conformance inspection - The quality conformance
inspection shall consist of the tests listed in Table I.
4.4.1
Inspection lot -
Cable grips - An Inspection lot shall consist of all the

cable grips manufactured from essentially the same components under
essentially the same conditions offered for acceptance and delivery at
one time.

Preparation for delivery - An inspection lot size shall
be expressed in units of one fully prepared shipping container fully
prepared for delivery with the exception It need not be sealed.

Sampling for tests and examination of the cable grip -
The sample size, acceptance criteria, examinations and tests required
for the cable grip shall be as specified in Table I.

4.5.1
Visual examination - Every cable grip shall be visually
examined for defects to determine conformance to the requirements of this
specification and Military Standard Drawing No. 90382. The classificatio.
and list of defects, Table II, shall be used to classify and enumerate the
defects found.
