MILITARY SPECIFICATION
SCRAPER, ELEVATING, SELF-PROPELLED,
9 CUBIC YARD MINIMUM HEAPED-CAPACITY,
SECTIONALIZED AND NON-SECTIONALIZED
This specification is approved for use by the Mobility Equipment
Research and Development Command, Department of the Army, and is
available for use by all Departments and Agencies of the Department
of Defense.
SCOPE
1.
1.1 Scope. This specification covers air transportable, air-droppable,
helicopter transportable, diesel-engine-driven, elevating scrapers.
The scrapers shall be of the following types, as
1.2 Classification.
specified (see 6.2):
- Non-sectionalized (Air Transportable and Air-droppable).
Type I
- Sectionalized (Air Transportable, Air-droppable, and
Type II
Helicopter Transportable).
