2.1.3 Order of precedence. In the event of a conflict between the
text of this specification and the references cited herein, the text of
this specification shall take precedence.
REQUIREMENTS

3.1 First article. When specified in the contract or purchase
order, the contractor shall furnish a first article unit of the AN/ASM-
146( ) and of the AN/ASM-147( ) in accordance with 4.3.
