4.5 Quality conformance inspection of equipment before packaging.
The contractor shall perform the inspection specified in 4.4 and 4.5.1
thru 4.5.3. This does not relieve the contractor of his responsibility
for performing any additional inspection which is deemed necessary to
control the quality of the product and to assure compliance with all
