5.1 Packaging requirements.  The requirements for packaging shall
be in accordance with MIL-S-55507.

6.1 Intended use.  Shops, Electronic, Shelter Mounted, AN/ASM-
146( ) and AN/ASM-147( ) are used at Army aviation division or battalion
centers to provide backup maintenance support for the electronic equip-
ment components installed in aircraft.  Specific use is as follows:
a.  Shop, Electronic, Shelter Mounted, AN/ASM-146( )is used as
the repair or maintenance shop for accomplishing the maintenance func-
tions.
b.  Shop, Electronic, Shelter Mounted, AN/ASM-147( ) is used as
the storage facility for the repair parts and electronic equipment major
components maintenance float.
