4.5.2.3.4  Fabrication, setup and calibration.  Design and
fabrication of test equipment shall be such that it incorporates
the features of rigidity, stability, and ease of maintenance.
Setup and calibration equipment necessary for certification of the
testing equipment accuracy shall be furnished and will become a
part of the testing equipment.  Operating and calibration
instructions shall be prepared and submitted to the procuring
agency.

Test methods and procedures.
4.6.1  Telescope clampinq mechanism.  Conduct this test with
the mount positioned on the testing equipment specified in

6.1  Intended use.  The Sightunit, M64A1 is used for laying
the US Army mortar systems in deflection and elevation for direct
and indirect fire modes.
