3.9 Reliability and Maintainability.
3.9.1 Reliability Program.  The supplier shall prepare a

Quantitative Requirements.
3.9.2. 1.1  Direct Maintenance Manhours/Flight Hour (DMMH/FH).

exceed 0.0699.
3.9.2.1.2 Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR).  The MTTR for
organizational level unscheduled maintenance shall not exceed 1.7
elapsed hours, excluding aircraft access.  Repair at this level
shall include troubleshooting, fault isolation and functional
checkout, utilizing BIT and built-in failure monitoring features
where designed into the equipment.  Organizational level
maintenance shall be accomplished without use of Peculiar Ground
Support Equipment (PGSE).
3.10 Marking.
Identification of Product.  Equipment, assemblies, and
