(+) jack P6 and the negative (-) terminal of the voltmeter to the negative (-) jack P7. Both jacks

4.8.2.2.1 Five-second timing delay circuit.

e. Connect a jumper across the VOLTAGE and LEAKAGE meter terminals. This jumper
must be as short as possible and make positive electric contacts with both meter terminals.
f. Connect the electric timer specified by 4.7b to pins B and C of the 3-pin Adapter Cables
connector.
g. Set the ON-OFF switch at ON.
h. Set the TEST SELECTOR switch at position 2.
