turning by-passed fluid to the main reservoir. Blow-out plugs shall be of
the diaphragm type, utilizing steel, brass, or synthetic diaphragms. Plugs
shall be installed in an easily accessible location and shall be designed for

percent of instantaneous reading, and pressure drop through
shall be within
the meter shall not exceed 8 psi.
Flowmeters (hydraulic and lubricating oil) - Hydraulic
3.4.4.2
and lubricating oil flowmeters shall be of the same type specified for fuel, (see
3.4.4.1), except that the scales shall of a yellow translucent material. Hydraulic
and lubricating oil flowmeters shall be calibrated in gallons per minute and
percent of instantaneous reading  (see 6.3.3(k)).
