pliers in connection with specific procurement functions should be
obtained from the procuring activity or as directed by the Contract-
ing Officer.)
REQUIREMENTS
3.
3.1 Material. - Materials and parts shall be in accordance
with appl icable drawings and specifications.
3.2 Electrical Test Sets. - The electrical test sets shall
comply with all requirements specified on Drawing (dwg.) 9227694
and with all requirements specified in applicable specifications.
3.3 Embrittlement of Springs. - Cap springs, actuator springs
and armature springs shall not break when extended to the minimum
(min.) point of permanent distortion.
3.4 Air Leaks. - Test sets shall show no evidence of cracking
or separation of the parts or failure of the seals, and shall func-
tion satisfactorily.
