TRAINER, FIELD ARTILLERY; DIRECT FIRE (LASER): 11746409
WARNING EYE HAZARD
THE LASER BEAM CAN BE DANGEROUS AND CAUSE BLINDNESS IF IT ENTERS
THE EYES EITHER DIRECTLY OR REFLECTED OFF OF A REFLECTED SURFACE.
BEFORE FIRING THE LASER, OPERATOR SHOULD TAKE ADEQUATE PRECAUTIONS
TO ASSURE MAXIMUM SAFETY.
The specification is approved for use by all Departments and Agencies of
the Department of Defense.
1. SCOPE
1.1 This specification covers one type of adapter w/e for using the
Laser Trainer M55 (F11741700) for field artillery direct fire training.
(see 6.1 for intended use).
2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS
