2.3 Order of precedence. In the event of a conflict between the

of this specification shall take precedence.
3. REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Description. The forklift truck (hereinafter called "truck" or
"forklift") shall be a four-wheel drive, articulated steer,
pneumatic-tired, diesel-engine-driven, front-loading truck.
3.1.1 Rated load. Rated load for the forklift shall be 10,000
pounds measured with the load center of the weight 48 inches from the
