without vibration or undue noise.  The four thermostatically controlled
electric blower heaters shall be mounted securely in the specified
locations.  The heater installations shall be free from gaps, exposed
electrical wiring, or insulation.  The fan blowers shall operate free
from rattles, vibration and any other undue noises or malfunction.

3.7.11 Plumbing installation.  The installed plumbing system
(appliances, fixtures, devices and associated equipment) shall be
capable of functioning satisfactorily without water leaks, excessive
vibration, or undue noise.  All plumbing equipment shall be securely
mounted and shall show no evidence of damage (scratches, dents,
chipping).  All drainage plumbing shall be installed in a manner to
preclude leakage.

3.7.12 Laminated surfaces.  All laminated surfaces (formica
covered work counters, desks, etc.) shall be securely installed,
properly fitted, alined and leveled with the floor surface.  Laminated
surfaces shall be free of delamination, scratches, mars, uneven
surfaces , rough or chipped edges or corners and color fade.  Counters,
cabinets and desks shall be of rugged construction, properly alined and
installed without any evidence of damage or deformation.  Desk and
cabinet drawers shall be fitted to provide ease of operation without
binding, interference or excessive side movement during opening and
closing.

3.7.13 Benches, castered stools and chair.  The padded and
upholstered benches with backrest and fold-down arms shall be of sturdy
construction and securely installed.  The benches and storage
compartment surfaces shall be fitted and alined to provide blended
surfaces.  The lift-up seat and fold-down arms shall be capable of
operation without binding or interference.  The castered stools and
chair(s) shall be of sturdy construction and shall provide an even
contact with the floor.

3.7.14 Upholstery and padding.  Removable fitted pad coverings and
upholstery shall be of durable materials and properly fitted.
Upholstery shall meet the flammability requirements of FMVSS 302. All
materials shall be free of rips, tears, splits, color fade, or stains.
The color of the materials shall be coordinated with the applicable
area.  The padding material shall be evenly distributed, breathable and
free of bumps, bulges, or other uneven surfaces,

3.7.15 Grab handles and removable safety handrails. The grab
handles and handrails shall be of rigid construction and securely
mounted.  The surfaces shall be smooth, free of burrs, nicks and
scratches.
