3.4.1.6.3.3.6 Umbilical Plug and Tuning Drive Panel.
3.4.1.6.3.3.6.1 Function. This panel, in conjunction with the Test Set
Missile Control System, TS-2511C/AWG- 10 shall provide the means to test
the Umbilical Test Plugs of the Test Set, Umblical Plug TS-2515D/AWM-22.
The panel shall also test the four-channel (TG-75/APA-128 Drive or TG-185/
AWG-10) and single-channel (TG-76/APA-128 Drive or TG-184/AWG-10)
Tuning Drives.
3.4.1.6.3.3.6.2 Form Factor.
This unit shall be 19 inches by 15-1/2
inches by 8-3/4 inches.
The weight of the unit shall not exceed 19 pounds.
3.4.1.6.3.3.6.3 Controls,
The following controls shall be provided on
this panel:
(a) CHANNEL SELECT - The Channel Select switch shall be a four-
position rotary switch to select any one of four channels of the TG-185/AWG-1O or
TG-75/APA-128 Drive, Tuning.
The positions of the switch shall be marked
1, 2, 3 and 4.
(b) CIRCUIT BREAKERS - There shall be three pushbutton circuit
breakers.
(1) 400 Hz - 115/200 V, 400 Hz, 3-phase, 10 A
(2) 28 Vdc - 10A
(3) LOAD TEST -28 Vdc, 5A
(c) TUN DR SEL - ( Tuning Drive Select) - This switch shall be a
two-position toggle switch to select between signals from the TG-75 and
TG-76 or TG-185 and TG-184 Tuning Drive motors and Firing Interlocks
The two positions of the switch shall be marked
without one loading the other.
SGL CHAN ( single channel) and FOUR CHAN ( four channel).
