Change Proposals, Material Changes and Material Bulletins shall be pre-
pared in accordance with MIL-T-23336.

5.1 General. All major units and parts of equipment shall be preserved
packages, packed, and marked for the level of shipment specified in the
contract or order in accordance with MIL-E-17555.

6.2 Precedence of Documents. When the requirements of the contract, this

(a) Contract - The contract shall have precedence over any specifica-
tions.
(b) Specification - This specification shall have precedence over all
applicable subsidiary s pacifications. Any deviation from this specification, or
from subsidiary specifications, where applicable, shall be specifically ap-
proved in writing by the procuring activity.
