Consecutive Operations to Check Fin Torque GO/NO-GO Circuits
Step
Set-Up Procedure
1.
Open fin torque converter:
a. Disconnect cable W11 (P/N 68A19F11OO) from fin torque converter
and temperature probe from weapon self simulator test box (P/N
68A16F1) leaving W1O (P/N 68A19C1OOO) connected to self test
box .
b. Connect P2 of cable W11 (P/N 68A19F11OO) to RU connector J1 on
torque simulator test box (P/N 133AS500), P3 to RD connector
J2, P5 to RU connector J3, and P4 to LD connector J4.
Perform steps 1, 2, 4, 8, 9 in table II b.

Install reference assembly 1A4A32 into the weapon test drawer (P/N
131AS450-1).
4.
Make RU, RD, LU, and LD torque settings on torque simulator (P/N
133AS500) test box in accordance with test 1A of group A torque
values in table II d.
5.
Push and hold the SERVO RUN switch on the weapon test drawer.
Indications on ROLL, PITCH, and YAW indicators should be in
accordance with the first row of test 1A in table II d.
Press and hold the ROLL NO-GO switch on the torque simulator test

box.
Indications on the weapon test drawer ROLL, PITCH, and YAW
indicators should be in accordance with the ROLL row of test 1A in
table II d.
7.
Press and hold the PITCH NO-GO switch on the torque simulator test
box .
Indications on the weapon test drawer ROLL, PITCH, and YAW
indicators should be in accordance with the PITCH row of test 1A in
table II d.
8.
Press and hold the YAW NO-GO switch on the torque simulator test
box.
Indications on the weapon test drawer ROLL, PITCH, and YAW
indicators should be in accordance with the YAW row of test 1A in
table II d.
Repeat steps 4 through 8 for test 1B in table II d.
9.
Repeat step 4 for test 2A in table II d.
10.
Perform step 18 in table II b.
